Process monitor to verify your PCB production process remote

By entering www.pcb-top.com you will arrive to the Process monitor where you will receive plain and complex information about your actual PCB in production with text and colour information. This way you can get precise information about the actual state of the production process and plan your new or repeated order or expedition consequently. System is updated several times a day and so you receive correct information about the production process at any moment.

Following screenshot shows the process monitor interface with a Show link where you can get more details about a PCB. Green fields also show where the production process is and how it will proceed. This way you can get precise picture of your production even for 100s of PCB types in production.

Specification page to check your PCB's specifications

To check the information about the PCB that is critical for the proper production you can enter Specification page from the Process monitor- main page. It can be done by pressing the link in Specs. column called Show. There you can find information about dimensions of PCB, its layers, solder masks, silks screens, surface treatment, mechanical finish, electrical test as well as special notes concerning its production. This can be a good feedback for the early warning if the specifications anyhow do not meet your requirements. By pressing Price Calc.&Order you can also make an repated order with all predefined fields except for the quantity and so make repeated order in a very quick way with a minimum danger for entering incorect values.

By entering the Show feature in the process monitor you will pass to a specification page with more details on a specific PCB (following screenshot shows 4 multilayer PCB with measures and according prices as well):
